I had to Google Die Antwoord to make sure I don't care about them either, which apparently I don't (unless they are really good and someone puts them on my iPod).
Otherwise, great list. I'd add Dancing with the Stars and all the other performance based reality shows, but maybe you do care about those. Also Avatar, but again that might just be me.

Dancing with the Stars... I would say I don't care except that I was sort of interested in it when Heather Mills was a contestant (although I still didn't watch it). I feel a little ashamed about this.
