You get by with a little help from your friends...

We have a very special cat who lives in an e-collar/Elizabethan ruff/cone thingee.
We don't know what happened to young Frank. But he is astronomically weird. Over the years, we have worked out ways to handle his eccentricities.  So, I appreciate stories about animals that need a little extra TLC.   And the photos are cute.
