Purchase location: Smith's on Yale and University, Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Staleness: 3 (out of 5)

Overall Rating: 3 (out of 5)

Notes:

Sort of sweet, too many nuts and seeds for me, not insultingly stale, but not exactly fresh either. I don't understand why there need to be so many nuts and seeds in bread. Ok, technically there are no nuts in this bread, but you get what I mean.

Assuming it was baked in Fullerton, this bread had to be trucked at least 11 hours to Albuquerque, where it sat on the shelf for who knows how long, explaining the staleness.

I appreciate that it is organic, but the "cool" packaging makes me think of Joe Camel or Meat Cat. Is this the preferred bread of skateboarders? Am I hip and edgy and young if I eat this bread?
