This bread makes me weep a little thinking about how delicious it was. Tender, rich, eggy, delicate. I ate most of it in two days and I regret nothing. I made several lovely sandwiches with it. I refrained from tearing into it with my teeth like I wanted to. I cut it gently with a bread knife. I'm not an animal.
This loaf cost me only a dollar more than a loaf of Saaa-Wheat! Organic Bread, but it was at least $20 better in quality. It remained fresh enough for about 48 hours, 24 if you're super picky.
